PG plc ("we", "us") is an investment company registered in Malta with its registered office at PAMA Shopping Mall, Valletta Road, Mosta MST 9017, Malta. We are the data controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Newsletter — your email address, used to send you occasional updates about PG plc and its brands. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
• Careers — any information you send us in connection with a job application, used only for recruitment purposes.

Legal basis

We process the data above on the basis of your consent (newsletter), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us (contact form), and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (job applications), in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (Cap. 586 of the Laws of Malta).

Retention and sharing

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared with service providers who host our systems, under appropriate safeguards, and with authorities where the law requires it.
