Our Story
PG plc is a reputable investment company with interests in a number of successful ventures in the Maltese Islands. The company employs over 350 people across diverse sectors including real estate, supermarkets, and fashion retail.
Founded in 1987 by Paul Gauci, the group has grown to become one of Malta's most recognised business groups. From the introduction of ZARA Fashion in 2002 to the development of PAMA Shopping Village in 2015-2016, PG plc has consistently demonstrated its commitment to bringing world-class retail experiences to Malta.

Corporate History
Although the Group was set up in November 2016, its subsidiaries date back to February 1987. At the time, the Company's sole director, Mr. Paul Gauci, an experienced and well respected businessman in Malta, started this retail business. He understood the opportunities prevailing at the time, focused on the retail sector and continued to diversify his operations. In all his business ventures, Mr. Gauci always adopted the same principles: offering his clients the products they want, at the right price and from the best localities. He never compromised on quality of service and this led to the success of his Group.
